Back from Spain…off to NY!
Well now that ADCC is over and not exactly pleased with my performance…im off to compete in the NoGi Pan Ams.

Even though they have never found the time to announce it anywhere apparently, I got my invite and have my ticket! I leave next wednesday for Spain…..so we’re gettin to work on gettin all my stuffs down super tight… cant wait! its gonna be a blast!
