I usually do this one 3X per week. 3 sets of each with minimal break. Good with a partner…so your break is only as long as your partner takes to do the reps.

My next attempt at Muscle ups was a great success…..as i was able to hit 12! If you guys have ever been intrested in a different workout, check back later, when i post the ring workout i have been doing for the past few months.
