The World Championships are over and now is time to get back to work. Its always a good time after the Worlds to reevaluate your Gameplan and see what needs tweeking.
I have a better idea of what i need to do and what i need to work on. While relaxing in SD for a few days, stay tuned for my upcoming training in North Shore, Hawaii.
