They finally had to go. Even after being taken to the wrong airport. (by me) Great trip! These guys had a ton of knowledge and did a great job of teaching it. I have to Thank Master Lloyd for bringing these guys out. I would recommend to anyone to have them come do a seminar. Even with my limited flexibility… I was able to accomplish all the movements and make them work! We had the pleasure of training all week with them so it was a grind but really worth it. Ready to get on the mat and rock -n -roll and start using this stuff!

Imagine…3 times a day with these guys. Every class JT Torres and I going through these movements they are showing and making them work the same day. And not just on lower belts but on each other. Rafa and Gui were great teachers and training partners. Thanks again guys for coming!
